Where does this store ship from?

Akita, Japan.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes. We are based in Japan and we accept orders from all over the world.

International orders are shipped every Friday.

All orders received up until Wednesday midnight Japan time will be sent out on Fridays. Orders made on Thursday will be sent out the next Friday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All order are shipped SAL. If you would like your package to be sent EMS, please contact us.

Domestic orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days. International orders will be shipped every Friday. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. (The US is included in international shipping)

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Damaged products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of arrival. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange charges, including duty and tax if applicable.
